Battersea Football club was formed in 1992. We started in the Southern Sunday Football League before switching to the Southern Area Sunday Football League (now Croydon Municipal Sunday Football League). Six years ago we made the switch to Saturdays and joined the Surrey South Eastern Combination where we still are to date. The club has won numerous trophies during its short history including two league titles and success in four cup finals. The club prides itself on playing a style of football that gets results but also enjoyable to watch. The team is quite a close unit with many players having been there from the start as well as being friends with other members of the team outside of football.
